# How we keep your plan safe

Your plan is protected by sign-in links instead of passwords, encrypted copies of your documents and strict limits on who sees what. We never ask for passwords, PINs or seed phrases.

## How do I sign in?

There's no password to steal. We email you a sign-in link that works once and expires after 30 minutes. A sign-in lasts 30 days on that device, in a secure cookie that scripts on the page can't read.

## How are my documents protected?

Each document copy you upload is encrypted with AES-GCM before it is stored. You can keep 3 copies while you build for free and up to 200 with a plan.

## What do you never ask for?

We never ask for passwords, PINs, passcodes, security codes, seed phrases or full account numbers. Keep those in your password manager, and use our guides to set up its emergency access.

## Who sees my plan?

You choose the people in your plan. Each person sees only their own short guide, and only after you share it. They never see your balances or account numbers. Our admin tools don't show your documents, letters or guides.

## How are payments handled?

Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record, takes your payment. We never see or store card numbers.

## What do the free tools keep?

Most free tools save nothing and run in your browser. The free readiness check saves your answers under a private link only you get, and deletes them after 30 days unless you save them by email. If you ask for a reminder, we keep your email, date and reminder text until it is sent, or each year until you delete it. Every reminder includes a delete link.

## How do I delete my account?

Delete your account from its settings. We cancel an active renewal subscription before removing your document copies, plan, people, letters, contacts and drill responses. Payment records, activity records and messages you sent us stay on file with your email address.
